How ZeengoCorp Built DialMaster — From Concept to India's Fastest Mobile CRM

The inside story of how ZeengoCorp Innovations incubated, built, and launched DialMaster — the mobile-first auto dialer and CRM that's transforming outbound sales for real estate, insurance, and B2B teams across India.

Why We Built DialMaster

At ZeengoCorp Innovations, our mission as a venture incubator and holding company has always been clear: identify massive inefficiencies in traditional industries and build hyper-focused software to eliminate them. In early 2025, after months of embedded research into India's real estate, insurance, and B2B sales ecosystems, we uncovered a staggering problem.

80% of qualified leads were being lost — not because of bad products or weak teams, but because of slow response times and manual processes. Sales agents were juggling spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and basic phone dialers. By the time they called a hot lead back, that lead had already moved on to a competitor.

The enterprise CRMs that could solve this problem — Salesforce, HubSpot, Five9 — were priced at $80-$350/month per seat and designed for desktop-first American sales teams. They were completely irrelevant for India's mobile-first, high-volume calling culture.

That's when we decided to build DialMaster.

The Incubation Process at ZeengoCorp

ZeengoCorp operates as a venture studio, meaning we don't just fund ideas — we build them in-house with our own engineering, design, and growth teams. Here's how DialMaster went from whiteboard to production:

Phase 1: Market Validation (4 Weeks)

We interviewed 200+ real estate agents, insurance advisors, and B2B sales managers across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The findings were unanimous:

  • They needed a mobile-first solution (90% of calls happen from personal devices)
  • They needed instant lead capture from Facebook/Google Ads via webhooks
  • They needed automated dialing to eliminate dead time between calls
  • They wanted gamification to keep their teams motivated

Phase 2: MVP Engineering (8 Weeks)

Using ZeengoCorp's shared infrastructure — our deployment pipelines, authentication systems, and billing modules — we shipped the first functional build of DialMaster in just 8 weeks. A standalone startup would have taken 6+ months. This is the structural advantage of our venture studio model.

Phase 3: Launch & Distribution

DialMaster launched on Google Play with a free-forever tier — a strategic decision to eliminate all adoption friction and build a massive user base before monetizing premium features.

What Makes DialMaster Different

Unlike traditional CRMs, DialMaster was purpose-built for mobile from day one:

  • Instant Lead Injection: Connect Facebook Lead Ads and Google Ads directly. The moment a prospect fills out a form, it's pushed to the agent's phone — no delays.
  • Smart Auto-Dialer: The proprietary sequential dialing engine skips bad numbers, logs call durations, and queues the next call automatically. Agents achieve 300% more daily dials.
  • Integrated CRM Pipeline: Every call outcome is logged, follow-ups are auto-scheduled, and leads flow through customizable pipeline stages — all within the same app.
  • Industry-First Coin Economy: Sales reps earn "Dial Coins" for completing targets, maintaining streak days, and closing deals. This gamification layer drove a 40% increase in daily active usage.
  • Enterprise Security: All data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure.

The Business Model

DialMaster uses a freemium-to-premium monetization strategy:

  • Free Forever Plan: Core dialing and basic CRM — unlimited usage, no credit card required. Start free.
  • Pro Plan: Advanced analytics, team management, unlimited pipelines, and priority support. See pricing details.
  • Enterprise: Custom API integrations, bulk licensing, and dedicated account management for brokerages and agencies with 10-500 agents.

The Market Opportunity

The global auto-dialer and CRM market is projected to reach $14.5 billion by 2028. In India alone, there are over 15 million active sales professionals across real estate, insurance, telecom, and B2B — the vast majority of whom have zero access to intelligent calling software.

DialMaster is positioned to capture this greenfield opportunity with the lowest cost of adoption in the market.

What's Next

We're aggressively executing toward 20,000 daily active users across three core verticals:

  1. Real Estate — Agents and brokerages managing property leads
  2. Insurance — Advisors processing high-volume policy renewals
  3. B2B SaaS Sales — SDR and BDR teams running outbound campaigns

ZeengoCorp will continue to provide DialMaster with capital, technical resources, and go-to-market support as part of our long-term holding strategy.
